Roblox Shibuya Clans Guide: Every Clan, Rarity and Buff

Last updated:

Every Shibuya [Beta] clan explained: rarities, roll chances, passives and HP bonuses for Okkotsu, Gojo, Itadori, Hakari, Kamo and the rest, plus how rerolls work.

Quick answer

Shibuya [Beta] has 12 clans with actual buffs: Okkotsu and Itadori (Mythic, 0.25%), Gojo, Kamo, Zenin, Hakari, Kashimo and Tsukumo (Legendary, 1%), plus Mei, Sugawara, Taira and Fujiwara (Rare, 10%). Every other clan on the documented list is a Common that the source describes as name-only, with no buffs.

  • Hakari has the largest HP bonus at +75; Kamo, Zenin and Kashimo give +50; Okkotsu, Gojo, Itadori and Tsukumo give +35.
  • Mei is the money clan: +20% Cash from all sources. Sugawara, Taira and Fujiwara grant only +5 HP.
  • Gojo's awakened Six Eyes stays with you even if you reroll off Gojo.

Clans in Shibuya [Beta] are the passive layer of your character. Each clan dresses its wearer in perks and attributes that change how you play and how likely you are to win a fight, and the rarest ones go beyond stat sticks: they can hand you a companion, an awakening, or even another player's body.

Your clan comes from the roll, and rerolls are how you change it — rerolls come from redeeming codes or buying them with Robux. Rerolls come from redeeming codes or buying them with Robux, and there are no reliable free-to-play ways to farm them organically as you play.

The Mythic clans (0.25%)

Okkotsu

Okkotsu is the Rika clan, and its buffs arrive in stages. You unlock Rika itself the moment you unlock your Cursed Technique, but the full Rika moveset only comes online once you find the Cursed Ring, a rare drop — so an Okkotsu roll pays off across your progression rather than instantly. On top of the Rika chain, the clan grants an innate movement speed boost and +35 HP. If the companion is what you're after, our how to get Rika guide covers that path.

Itadori

Itadori retools Black Flash. Your Black Flash no longer inflicts knockback, which keeps targets in range for stronger follow-up combos, and it occasionally triggers an immediate cooldown reset. There's a conversion chance on top: a Black Flash in base has a 35% chance to become a Divergent Black Flash, rising to 50% if you already own Divergent Fists. The clan adds +35 HP.

The Legendary clans (1%)

Gojo

Gojo's reputation rests on Six Eyes. Holding the clan gives you a 3% chance to awaken it, and an awakened Six Eyes does three things at once: you see other players' HP, your cooldowns are permanently cut by 15%, and your Cursed Energy becomes infinite. The quirk that makes Gojo holders unusually relaxed about rerolling: once Six Eyes is awakened, you can roll off Gojo and keep it anyway. The clan also adds +35 HP, and our how to get Six Eyes guide follows the awakening from there.

Kamo

Kamo plays a different game: taking someone else's. You can body swap with a knocked player — the target must be in the knocked state — stealing their body for the next six real-world hours. For that whole window you fight with their weapon and their technique; when the six hours run out, the bodies swap back. Kamo brings +50 HP of its own.

Zenin

Zenin is the simplest Legendary to read: a 10% chance to awaken Heavenly Restriction, plus +50 HP. There's no conditional kit to learn — the clan lives and dies by whether that awakening lands, and our Heavenly Restriction guide picks up from there.

Hakari

Hakari turns every swing into a lottery ticket. Each hit you land has a 1-in-200 chance to open a 30-second window of infinite Cursed Energy and health regen, and a visual aura appears while it's active, so you always know when the buff is live. Hakari also carries the largest HP bonus of any buffed clan at +75.

Kashimo

Kashimo is a momentum clan. Every enemy you hit adds a stack to a speed buff, up to four stacks, so you gradually outpace opponents as a fight goes your way. The counterweight is harsh: a single hit taken strips every stack back to zero. Kashimo rewards clean aggression, punishes dropped exchanges, and backs you up with +50 HP.

Tsukumo

Tsukumo's signature perk asks you to stand still and slowly cast a zone that slows every player ensnared inside it. In practice the feature has been reported as bugged, so the clan currently underdelivers on its paper description and you're functionally rolling +35 HP. It's one to recheck after future updates if the zone gets repaired.

The Rare clans (10%)

Mei

Mei is the economy clan: +20% Cash from all sources, with no HP bonus listed. Because the bonus applies to every Cash source, it quietly lifts your earning while you fund gear, crafting and rerolls — our how to get yen guide pairs well with it.

Sugawara, Taira and Fujiwara

Sugawara, Taira and Fujiwara are a matched set: 10% rolls that grant exactly +5 HP and nothing else. They're the clearest illustration that rarity describes roll chance, not payoff — a Rare roll can still land on a perk this small. With nothing to build around, they're natural reroll candidates.

The Common clans: name only, no buffs

The source’s Common list adds these clans: Amai, Amanai, Daido, Fushiguro, Gakuganji, Geto, Haibara, Hazenoki, Higuruma, Hoshi, Ieiri, Ijichi, Ino, Inumaki, Iori, Ishigori, Kugisaki, Kuroi, Kurusu, Kusakabe, Miwa, Miyo, Muta, Namai, Nishimiya, Nitta, Orimoto, Todo, Uro and Yaga — name-only entries with no buffs listed. Hakari, Mei and Tsukumo also appear on it despite their buff entries above.

That list holds several of the most famous Jujutsu Kaisen surnames — Fushiguro, Geto, Inumaki, Kugisaki and Todo among them — and in the current beta none of them does anything mechanical for you.

One overlap is worth knowing: Hakari, Mei and Tsukumo also show up in name-only Common clan lists despite the full buff entries above. It isn't clear which listing reflects the current beta; the detailed perk entries are the more specific description of what each clan does.

Changing your clan: rerolls

If the roll lands you on a name-only Common or a +5 HP Rare, rerolls are the way out. You get them by redeeming codes or purchasing them with Robux, and per the beta's current state there are no reliable free-to-play methods for farming them organically as you play. Current codes are maintained on our Shibuya codes page, and our reroll guide covers the reroll side in full.
